ORDERING AND SHIPPING

 

To ADD items to your FAVORITES/WISH LIST

 

To add items to your Favorites/Wish List, you must be signed into an existing account or create a new account with a valid e-mail address AND password

1.     Log into your account

2.  Select “My Account” 

3.     Select a style you would like to view

4.     To add the item to your Favorites/WishList, select the “Add to Favorites” button

5.  Favorites are saved to your account until (1) the item is discontinued and out of stock or (2) the style is marked inactive an unavailble for purchase due to quality or manufacturer issues  

**  If you do not see “Add to Favorites” link beneath the “E-mail a Friend” link, you have not signed into your account

 

To VIEW a saved FAVORITES/WISH LIST

1.      Log into your account 

2.      Select “My Account” 

3.      Under the “Where would you like to go?” column, select “Favorites/WishList” 

4.      Select the style you would like to view 

5.      You have three options (1) select the style and add the appropriate size/color/quantity to your shopping cart (2) remove the item from your Favorites/WishList using the trash can icon or (3) e-mail your friend your entire wish list using the "E-mail a Friend” link at the top right corner of the Favorites/WishList Page

  

To SAVE your SHOPPING CART

 

To save a shopping cart, you must be signed into an existing account or create a new account with a valid e-mail address AND password.

 

(1)  Log into your account 

(2)  Add items to your cart

(3)  View your cart

(4)  If you are logged in, you will have three options at checkout (a) save cart (b) continue shopping (c) checkout  

**   If you do not see the “Save Cart” link before the “Continue Shopping” and “Checkout” links, you have not signed into your account.

(5)  If you select “Save Cart”, your cart will be saved for 7 days. 

 

To VIEW a saved SHOPPING CART

 

The following steps will enable you to view a “Saved Cart”

1.      Log into your account 

2.      Select “My Account” 

3.      Under the “Where would you like to go?” column, select “Saved Cart” 

4.      Select the order you would like to view 

5.      If no order is visible, you either (a) did not sign into your account and save the cart or (b) the saved cart has expired – carts are only saved for 7 days

6.      To add the saved styles to your active shopping cart, select the “Use this Cart” button at the bottom of the page.  Once the styles are added to your shopping cart, you have three options:

a.      re-save cart

b.      continue shopping (i.e. add additional items to your cart)

c.      complete the checkout process

Payment Options We Accept

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. Credit cards must be drawn from US banks. We are currently unable to accept payment from credit cards drawing from foreign banks. We do not accept starter checks. Your address must be preprinted on the check.

  3. FAX your order to 1-800-741-9577. Complete the order form and print clearly. Include an e-mail address for order confirmation and shipping notification.
  4. MAIL your completed form to: Body Central Catalog, 6225 Powers Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32217. Include an e-mail address for order confirmation and shipping notification. NOTE: Please allow up to 14 additional business days for order processing. Sorry, expedited shipping options are NOT available on orders paid for by check or money order.

Notes:

  • For delivery to AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX or VA, please include all sales tax.
  • For delivery to AK, HI and U.S. territories add $5 to standard freight charges. All order recipients are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
  • Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft from your account.

Gift Certificates

Body Central gift certificates make a great gift! Currently, gift certificates can only be purchased and redeemed at our stores. Gift certificates are available for purchase in denominations of $25, $50, $100 or $150. Click here to find your Body Central, Body Shop or Kat Man Du store.

Security

BodyC.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alterations of the information under our control. All customer information (like your e-mail address and more importantly, your credit card information) is transferred using HTTPS (secure http) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which insure the protection of your online transactions. Meaning, your personal information is encrypted by your browser and then decrypted by the Web server (our site), rendering the information unreadable.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (for in-stock items). Any backordered items will NOT be charged to your credit card until shipped. Please refer to the shipping chart below for detail. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please include a valid street address in the "Ship To" field of the order form. Otherwise, your order will be shipped via US Mail. Delivery to PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses take approximately 10-14 business days via US Mail.

Notes:

  • Expedited shipping options are only available for orders shipping within the continental US.
  • Expedited shipping is NOT available for PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses.
  • Expedited shipping is NOT available for check orders
  • Expedited orders received after 12 Noon EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Expedited orders received after 12 Noon EST on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping to a Different Address:

You may select to ship an order to an address other than that of your billing address. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.  If you are using an alternate address for shipping, we recommend you register that address as an authorized alternate ship-to address with your credit card issuer to insure proper credit verification.

Delays:

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Expedited orders placed after 12 Noon EST Monday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:

  • We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase. If credit card authorization is not received, you will receive e-mailed instructions for completing your purchase.   
  • Your order included a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.
  • Your order has a shipping address that differs from your credit card billing address and requires further verification.  Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.  If you are using an alternate address for shipping, we recommend you register that address as an authorized alternate ship-to address with your credit card issuer to insure proper credit verification.

Rerouting a package in transit or making an address correction:

A reroute is a request to change a delivery address from what was originally on the order and/or shipping label. A reroute includes a change from one street address to another in the same city/state. Only Body Central can authorize & reroute a shipment if it is requested by the customer. Only one reroute per package is allowed.

If you wish to re-route a shipment, use the contact us page to send your First Name, Last Name, Order Number, and Billing Zip Code. You must also include your correct BILL TO ADDRESS and the correct SHIP TO ADDRESS. We cannot guarantee the change. Your order may have already been processed by the time we receive your request.

  • Order# (or Reference#)
  • FedEx tracking number
  • The new destination address and day time contact telephone number for the recipient.

Are there any extra charges for rerouting a package?

Yes, additional restrictions and a $5 fee will apply.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories:

Add $5.00 to the above United States Standard Shipping Costs. Order will usually arrive within 10-14 business days (for in stock items only).

Shipping costs are not refundable.

APO/FPO and P.O. Box Addresses:

All packages will be sent via United States Postal Services. Order will usually arrive within 21 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

International rates:

We are currently working on implementing international shipping options for our customers. Please visit our website soon for an update.

Tracking Your Package:

An E-Mail Shipping Notification will be sent within 1-3 business days. Please retain this e-mail for your records. You may check the status of your package using the tracking number provided in your notification. Be advised, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website. Please allow the appropriate number of shipping days for your order to arrive based on the method that you chose.
